EnerMech has confirmed a series of key promotions and additions to its senior leadership and management line-up, the first announcement under CEO, Charles ‘Chuck’ Davison Jr., who joined the company in April following a successful recapitalisation.
In two newly created roles, Jose Xavier joins the business as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and Alison Hazell has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In addition, Paul Kearney has been promoted to General Counsel, and Daniel McCarthy, has progressed from Strategic Proposals Director to Vice President Global Estimating and proposals. All four report directly into CEO, Davison Jr.
The specialist energy and Infrastructure contractor has also boosted its senior management team. Tyson de Souza joins as Chief Accounting Officer following almost 11 years in senior finance roles at Seadrill. After a decade with EnerMech, Corporate Analyst Keith Thomson takes on the global Operational Excellence Director position, and, also with 10 years with the organisation, Kenny Anderson has moved to a new role as global Financial Planning and Analysis Director.
