Based in Abu Dhabi, Dan stepped into the role of SVP Lifting Solutions in June 2025, bringing his deep operational expertise and leadership experience to the global business line.
Dan brings over a decade of experience in the energy sector, having spent more than three years with EnerMech in the Middle East and previously holding a variety of leadership roles across the UK and Middle East with Sparrows Group. He began his career in the Royal Navy, serving 13 years as a Marine Engineer before transitioning to the energy industry in 2012.
In addition to leading the global Lifting Solutions business, Dan is also heading up the Middle East and Caspian geography. In this dual capacity, he focuses on innovation, operational excellence, and delivering market-leading services to clients worldwide, while partnering with the global HSE Director to uphold the highest safety standards.
