Chuck joined EnerMech as CEO in 2024 and navigated the business through a successful recapitalisation. He has more than 25 years’ experience in growing and transforming international technology-focused businesses in oil and gas services, energy infrastructure, and industrial, consumer, and engineered products.
His leadership style is results driven with a strong focus on encouraging engagement and buy in from colleagues across the business.
He was previously Executive Vice President of Operational Excellence and Chief Operations Officer at Weatherford International plc. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO at Strike, LLC and Chief Operating Officer for Oceaneering International.
