Jesús Patiño joined EnerMech in June 2025 as VP Corporate Development, based in Houston, Texas. Reporting directly to the CEO, he is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and transactions that optimize the company’s business portfolio. He works closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to drive strategy deployment and deliver on EnerMech’s three-year plan.
Jesús brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, and financial strategy across the energy, manufacturing, maritime, software, and data science sectors. He began his career as a mud engineer with MI-SWACO and later held senior roles at Oceaneering International spanning marketing, strategy, analytics, and operations.
He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from ITESO University in Guadalajara and an MBA, with a particular focus on Finance and Energy, from Rice University. Jesús also brings valuable non-profit board experience and a strong track record of executing growth-focused, data-driven strategies.
