Here are some of the projects we’ve played a vital part in delivering.
Azerbaijan
In Azerbaijan and Georgia, we supported the delivery of Shah Deniz 2, one of the world’s largest and most complex gas projects, by providing system integrity management, workforce training, and a full suite of industrial services for bp. This included flange integrity, leak detection, machining, hydrotesting, high-pressure operations, and chemical cleaning, helping ensure safe, on-time delivery and secure natural gas supply to Europe.
Gulf of Mexico
In the Gulf of Mexico, we delivered a landmark deepwater pre-commissioning project for a major U.S. energy infrastructure company, deploying our largest-ever nitrogen membrane spread at 10,800 SCFM and 8,000 feet water depth. Our turnkey solution included flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, and dewatering of oil and gas export pipelines, supported by custom skid packages, remote flooding consoles, subsea test pumps, and high-flow triple pumps, executed safely and efficiently by our Houston-based offshore team.
Guyana
In Guyana, we supported ExxonMobil’s Liza Phase 1, the country’s first oil production project, by delivering full pre-commissioning services for the Liza Destiny FPSO and subsea systems. Our tailored solutions included pipeline and umbilical testing, topsides leak testing, and nitrogen services, both at the integration yard in Singapore and offshore. We’ve since supported every major project in the region, while investing in local workforce development and operating Guyana’s only offshore training center.
North Sea
This North Sea cranes and lifting contract with Shell showcases how EnerMech transformed a traditional vendor relationship into a strategic partnership. By embedding technical experts, optimising lifting operations, and introducing innovative maintenance strategies, EnerMech delivered 28% OPEX savings in the first year, achieved 98.5% crane reliability, and drove long-term improvements in safety, efficiency, and asset performance.
