Nosa Egharevba is Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence at EnerMech, responsible for driving consistent, high-performance delivery across the company’s global operations. In this role, he leads initiatives that strengthen reliability, efficiency, and quality, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and safety-led execution across all business lines.
He joined EnerMech in July 2025 and brings over two decades of international experience in supply chain, operations, and transformation leadership. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale operational improvement programs, optimized complex global operations, and delivered measurable performance gains across regions including North America, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Prior to joining EnerMech, he held senior leadership roles at SLB, Amazon and Weatherford, where he drove transformational initiatives and advanced operational performance at scale. His early career was spent in financial services with PwC, and Goldman Sachs.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science from Southern Methodist University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University.
Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, he is focused on building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable value through disciplined execution and operational excellence.
