In 2023, EnerMech delivered a complex pre-commissioning campaign for a major US energy infrastructure company in the Gulf of Mexico. The project involved deploying the largest nitrogen membrane spread in company history—10,000 SCFM—at a water depth of 8,800 feet. EnerMech provided a full turnkey solution, integrating multiple services including flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, and dewatering. By eliminating third-party dependencies and operating from its Houston base, the team ensured safe, efficient execution and timely delivery. The project reinforced EnerMech’s deepwater capabilities and strengthened its relationship with the US midstream operator.
