New Zealand has been home to our team of experts for over 40 years. From our bases in New Plymouth, Whangarei and Dunedin, we are strategically located to serve our valued clients across various sectors including energy, traditional & alternative power generation, infrastructure, engineering & fabrication and forestry.
Our offering is simple yet powerful, our key capabilities are delivered with a holistic view; so our customers benefit from fewer contract personnel on site, improved safety, and reduced complexity.
With a strong local team complemented by our subject matter experts around the globe, we have the right capabilities and vision to serve the ever-changing needs of the industry in New Zealand.
The combination of EnerMech New Zealand’s specialist service offering is particularly powerful. We provide full-service asset integrity management to reduce asset downtime, predictive maintenance planning, meet project deliverables within budget, increase longevity of assets, and offer improvements to assets for meeting the ever-changing landscape in New Zealand. Our Asset Integrity reaches clients with value-added services for existing mechanical assets such as pressure equipment, storage tanks and piping.
Our team of multi-skilled NDT and advanced NDT specialists have a proven track record and provide technical and advisory support to maximize our client’s asset integrity. We also offer a localized, complete range of heat treatment services, both on site and at our facilities.
Our Statutory Inspection engineers have the expertise and are authorized to fulfil a multitude of requirements mandated by regulations and codes of practice for onshore plants and equipment. This equipment includes Cranes, Boilers, Pressure Vessels and EWP’s. We also have Independently Qualified Persons (IQPs) who undertake the inspection and maintenance of a building’s particular specified systems as part of their Building’s Warrant of Fitness (BWoF).
Our values are at the heart of everything we do. They represent what we believe in and guide our decision-making, our behaviors, and foster our culture. Safety and integrity are two of these key values which are underpinned by our accredited management systems, compliant with IANZ 17020, ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, and our codes of practice for onshore plants and equipment. These codes encompass PECPR Code of practices, best practice guidelines and industry standards.
