Overview

EnerMech supported Williams during the 2020 Spring Shutdown at the Markham Cryogenic Plant in Bay City, Texas, by delivering high-pressure cleaning and mechanical services on heat exchanger (HEX) bundles that had been in service for over two decades.

The scope included mechanical removal, UHP water jetting, IRIS testing, tube plugging, and full reinstatement—all within a tight shutdown window. Thanks to efficient planning and execution, the project was completed 24 hours ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents, helping minimise plant downtime and reinforcing EnerMech’s reputation for safe, high-quality turnaround delivery.
