At EnerMech, we regularly talk about safety, technical excellence and delivering for our customers. But perhaps the strongest measure of success is when our customers recognize those qualities themselves.
Recently, one of our team members, Ridwan Fyzul, received exceptional feedback from a customer involved in the Topsides Leak Testing Program at Altamira Mexico for an offshore project in Trinidad & Tobago. The feedback highlighted his safety leadership, technical expertise and positive influence on the wider project team.
While this recognition was directed at an individual, the story is about something much bigger.
Every day, EnerMech personnel work in challenging environments around the world, often behind the scenes and away from the spotlight. They solve problems, support critical operations, share expertise and help customers overcome complex challenges. Much of that work goes unnoticed outside the project team. Occasionally, however, a customer takes the time to recognize the difference our people are making.
Those moments matter.
Customer recognition provides a direct insight into how our teams are performing where it counts most, on site, offshore and in the field. It is independent, authentic and rooted in real-world experience. More importantly, it reflects the behaviors that build trust and long-term relationships.
In Ridwan's case, the feedback highlighted more than technical capability. It recognized a proactive approach to safety, a willingness to challenge where necessary, strong operational knowledge and a commitment to helping the project succeed. These are qualities that create confidence among customers and strengthen project outcomes.
It is also a reminder that expertise alone is rarely enough. The greatest impact comes when technical knowledge is combined with leadership, collaboration and a genuine commitment to supporting customers. That combination is what transforms individual performance into lasting value.
Across EnerMech, there are countless examples of people making a difference every day. Whether they are supporting commissioning activities, delivering integrity solutions, maintaining critical equipment or helping customers navigate operational challenges, their contributions play an important role in the success of our projects.
Customer feedback gives us an opportunity to pause and recognize those contributions.
It reinforces what good looks like. It highlights behaviors worth celebrating. And it reminds us that the work we do has a real impact on the people and organizations we support.
Stories like Ridwan's are a reflection of what is possible when technical expertise, safety leadership and customer focus come together. They demonstrate the standards we set for ourselves and the values that continue to shape how we work across EnerMech.
Because while projects, equipment and technology are all important, it is our people who ultimately make the difference.
