EnerMech supported Independent Oil and Gas (IOG) in reinstating the 24-inch Thames Pipeline to transport gas from the North Sea to the Bacton Gas Terminal. With a capacity of 550 million cubic feet per day, the project required a full-service commissioning programme executed safely, efficiently, and without delay.

A dedicated team of 16 multi-skilled personnel from our Great Yarmouth base delivered nitrogen purging, hydro testing, intelligent pigging, dewatering, and flange management across both onshore and offshore scopes. Leveraging local knowledge and supplier relationships, EnerMech ensured rapid mobilisation and seamless delivery. The project was completed on time, within budget, and without a single safety incident—restoring a vital gas transport route and reinforcing our reputation for commissioning excellence.
