EnerMech partnered with TechnipFMC to deliver a long-term frame agreement supporting pre-commissioning activities across multiple North Sea assets. The challenge was to provide consistent, high-performance services while optimising personnel and equipment utilisation in a complex offshore environment.

EnerMech deployed multi-skilled teams, standardised equipment, and facilitated collaboration workshops to ensure safe, efficient delivery. Over 1,200 operational man days were completed with zero downtime or HSE incidents. The partnership resulted in over £1 million in cost and time savings, setting a new benchmark for pre-commissioning delivery in the region.
