Overview
EnerMech successfully executed a complex pre-commissioning campaign for multiple deepwater pipelines in the US Gulf for LLOG. The project involved hydrotesting and high-capacity nitrogen dewatering under extreme summer heat and limited deck space on a Class 320’ vessel. Through six months of engineering preparation, custom equipment layouts, and a robust Heat Mitigation Plan, the team delivered the campaign safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Highlights
Hydrotesting and nitrogen dewatering completed within schedule
Nitrogen spread achieved 10,000 SCFM at up to 5,000 psi
Six months of engineered planning and equipment modifications
Heat Mitigation Plan safeguarded crew and optimized performance
Custom manifolds and stacking platforms maximized deck space
Strong collaboration with client and vessel teams ensured real-time problem-solving
