EnerMech has appointed LNG industry leader Vasant Saith as Senior Vice President of its Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions (I&I) global business line, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates growth in North America and beyond.

Based in Houston, Texas, Saith will lead the global expansion of the I&I division, which provides specialty repair, maintenance and fabrication services across onshore infrastructure and industrial facilities. His appointment supports EnerMech’s growth agenda for 2026 and beyond, spanning petrochemical, refining, nuclear and renewable power sectors.

With more than 22 years of engineering and construction experience, including 19 years in senior LNG and natural gas leadership roles, Saith has a proven record of building and scaling high-performing businesses in competitive markets. He spent over a decade at Worley, progressing from Process Engineer to Vice President LNG & CCUS, where he led the rapid expansion of Worley’s LNG business, overseeing major US Gulf coast projects and developing parallel opportunities in CCUS and blue ammonia. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle, from concept and commissioning through brownfield optimisation, with a focus on low-carbon solutions.

Charles “Chuck” Davison Jr., CEO of EnerMech, said: “Vasant brings the right combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership experience to strengthen our ability to deliver safely and predictably for customers. His approach, which combines accountability with mentoring and team development, will be key as we pursue our growth strategy.”

In his new role, Saith will set the strategic vision for EnerMech’s I&I business line, identify emerging market trends, and drive growth while protecting and strengthening core markets. He will ensure the organization remains agile and resilient across new sectors and geographies, while maintaining a focus on safe, high-quality delivery.

Saith said: “I’m excited to join EnerMech at such a pivotal time for the industry. The company has a strong reputation for technical excellence, and I look forward to building on that foundation. My focus will be on delivering sustainable growth, creating long-term value for our customers, and developing our people so we continue to lead in our markets.”

A Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) and a Chartered Chemical Engineer with the UK Engineering Council, Saith is widely recognised for his strategic vision and ability to build sustainable, high-performance teams.
