EnerMech supported a critical pigging operation on a major pipeline expansion from MX53 in Azerbaijan to MX40 in Georgia. The project involved launching two 42” bi-directional pigs with a 20km nitrogen slug, requiring precise coordination, real-time monitoring, and cross-border execution under tight schedule constraints.
Our team engineered a detailed pigging procedure, mobilised over 340,000m³ of nitrogen, and embedded a dedicated engineer within the client’s office to provide 24/7 support. The pigs were successfully received without damage, confirming pipeline integrity. The project was completed safely, on time, and within budget—reinforcing EnerMech’s reputation for delivering complex, high-value pipeline services.
