Robert Hudson was promoted to Vice President of Quality at EnerMech in July 2025. In this global leadership role, he is responsible for driving the company’s quality strategy, enhancing systems, strengthening compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all operations. Based in Houston, Robert reports directly to Chief Operating Officer Tony McAnulty.
With over 19 years of industry experience, Robert brings deep expertise in operations, compliance, and performance management. He joined EnerMech five years ago and has held several key leadership roles within the QHSE and Central Support Group teams. Prior to EnerMech, he spent 14 years at Technip FMC Technologies, working across the US, Scotland, and Nigeria.
Robert is known for his collaborative leadership style and operational insight. His promotion reflects EnerMech’s commitment to developing internal talent and delivering commercial value through operational excellence.
