Phil has more than 25 years’ HR experience, the majority in senior energy sector roles in the Middle East. He joined EnerMech in his current role in 2022, following on from VP roles with Johnston Controls and SNC-Lavalin and director roles with Kent and Honeywell.
Based in Dubai, he heads our global HR team, and specializes in building high performance teams, strategic business partnering, HR process improvement, M&A and talent management.
He holds a BSc Hons in Chemistry, an MBA and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK.
