Based in Houston, Texas, Lee Ann Kendrick stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at EnerMech in June 2025. She brings more than 25 years of global HR leadership experience across energy, manufacturing, and industrial services, with deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and cultural transformation.
Since joining EnerMech in 2024, Lee Ann has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s new operating model and structure, partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align people strategy with business growth.
Lee Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and has held Executive HR Leadership and Senior Consulting roles at global organizations including Shell, TC Energy, American Midstream, Newpark Resources where she led large-scale transformation, M&A integration, and leadership development initiatives.
