Online equipment management

This robust and secure online system has been developed to work seamlessly with Microsoft Navision to ensure your information is always up to date, and can be tailored to meet your requirements.

Online hose management

Reduce human error and increase efficiencies by downloading vital information about your equipment straight into Excel, PDF or an application of your choosing. The fully adaptable system can filter and sort hoses data to produce standardised or bespoke reports as required.

Features include:

  • ability to record hose data that exceeds that required by the Energy Institutes Guidelines for the management of flexible hose assemblies

Online valve management

Access all the information you need to record and monitor your valve data in real time via any desktop, laptop or mobile device. This login and password-protected system can be adapted to include the functions you require to streamline your processes or tailored to integrate with your own valve data management systems. Features include:

  • procurement reporting enabling you to review and approve multiple vendor quotations for each valve package
  • access to live progress reporting 24 hours a day, giving you open access to the status of your project
  • central location for the safe storage of all project-related documentation, including your project quality plan, vendor ITP and project execution plan (PEP)
  • inspection and surveillance scheduling and management via a traffic light system, enabling you to schedule inspection and expediting activities linked to the criticality rating of the valve
  • a database to hold location, engineering and inspection information for each individual valve so that you can manage and trace your data from manufacture through to installation

Online small bore tubing integrity management

Access a comprehensive and up-to-date database of each individual component in your small bore tubing assemblies throughout the asset lifecycle. A full itinerary of components is grouped by a process/instrument tagging system and information gathered during inspections can be immediately downloaded into Excel, PDF or an application of your choosing. Reports detailing condition and recommendations can be viewed easily with information included exceeding the requirements of the Energy Institute Guidelines for the management of SBT assemblies. Features include:

  • ability to view each assembly associated by the asset’s process/instrument or valve ID tag number
  • location of faults, defects and anomalies via unique tag ID numbers or barcodes
