Jenni joined EnerMech as Training Business Development Manager in 2009. She was responsible for diversifying the UK training business to reflect our service offering at that time, and later took up the role of General Manager for Training to lead the development of globally recognised course accreditations. Now as European Head of Training, Jenni leads a team that is rapidly expanding the current UK training portfolio to allow delivery of services into new industries and client bases as part of our Leading Change Training Charter. As an experienced and respected training professional, she continues to represent European training providers within OPITO’s Technical Forums, what’s more, her recent collaboration with ECITB to revise their UK and International Operating Procedures resulted in a successful pilot before going live. This initiative has paved the way for approved training providers worldwide to follow suit.
Jenni is working with our regional teams to build out our capabilities in key locations as part of Leading Change. This will allow us to identify priority countries and industries, and execute training activities in those areas that deliver scale to our internationally respected training business. A large part of our Leading Change Charter is the continuing expansion of our joint venture in Training, 3t EnerMech. Alongside the Senior Leadership Teams from both organisations, Jenni helps steer the work of the joint venture to ensure its ambitious objectives are met. To date, this has seen expansion of our Qatar training business, the establishment of a world-class OPITO and ECITB training facility in Guyana, significant growth in our client-site and remote delivery work, as well as exclusive rights to ECITB training products in Angola, Guyana, and Namibia.
Ensuring the growth of the EnerMech training business, including our 3t EnerMech partnership, by drawing on her experience and respected network of clients, accrediting bodies and contacts is Jenni’s key priority. As the training business grows, it continues to attract clients to our other services, adding trusted client relationships across our wider business and in the industries that we work in across the world.
