We have developed an extremely effective and efficient method of cleaning Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHE), which can be carried out either in our yard or sites out with our facilities. The method involves a combination of a chemical cleaning circulation, in conjunction with a series of gas puffing operations, which will ensure the optimum conditions inside the PCHE, and produce an effective and efficient cleaning programme.

In-house manufacturing is carried out by highly-skilled technicians and engineers in purpose-built facilities and component integrity is maintained through the use of dedicated product assembly areas and clean rooms. Purpose-built pressure testing and flushing equipment located on-site allows for system integrity to be assured prior to dispatch and commissioning.  All equipment is tested prior to dispatch with test procedures either defined by the client or prepared by our engineers.
