After almost 40 years working in the energy sector providing specialised mechanical services, Gary has vast experience in managing numerous flange management and on-site machining projects around the world.
Gary was part of a small team that developed the “leak free start up” philosophy for the Australian energy sector and is a member of the Australian industry expert panel who developed the national competency module Break and Make Flanged Joints Using Hand Tools. A regular presenter of engineering papers on flange management at major engineering conferences in Asia Pacific, Gary is currently developing a presentation at the request of the Engineering Training Institute Australia From the Theory to the Field.
